Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, Kaya Casa offers you the right of withdrawal as set out in European consumer legislation.

1. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original shipping costs (if applicable). The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

  • Send an email within 14 days of receipt to: support@kayacasa.com

  • Please include your name, order number and the product you wish to return

  • You will receive a return form and further instructions from us

  • Return the item within 14 days after your notification

3. Conditions for returns

You may return a product if:

  • The product is complete and undamaged

  • It is, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging

  • It is not a custom-made, personalized or made-to-order item

Please note: In case of clear signs of use or damage, we may charge a reduction in value.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Temporary styling services or rental products (separate cancellation conditions apply)

  • Consumable goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened

5. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned item:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as used for the original purchase

  • Original shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned

6. Return address

The return address will be provided to you by email after your return request has been registered.
