2. Product offering

Kaya Casa offers both products for sale (such as home decoration), as well as services for B&B and events.

Each product clearly states whether it is offered for sale or for other services. If in doubt, you can always contact us at support@kayacasa.com

3. Prices and payments

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.

Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods in the webshop.

4. Shipping costs 

Sales products

For regular webshop orders (purchases), we do not charge shipping costs within Italy above a minimum order value. Orders are shipped via a parcel delivery service. Shipping costs within the rest of Europe are calculated at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing standard sales products, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without stating a reason.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

7. Liability

Kaya Casa is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of products, delivery delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damage to or loss of rented items will be charged.

8. Complaints and disputes

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us at support@kayacasa.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

All agreements are governed by Italian law.

Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Italy.
